Hotel workers occupy restaurants in three city hotels.

Members of Local 26 of UNITE HERE! occupy the restaurants to dramatize their demands for a new contract. A union formed by the merger of hotel and garment workers organizations, the local subsequently reaches a contract agreement with those hotels that is expected to extend to 15 other Boston hotels.
